I refused to play Mordian Glory’s army! Are Dv7+ units a problem in Konflikt '47?

In Warlord Games Konflikt '47 there are some units, like the disgusting Schreckwulfen werewolves, that have a Damage Value of 7+. To some, this is breaking the game, to others, like @MordianGlory it is a fine feature.
