Henshin Live is a Windows app that changes how you look on your webcam, in real time: a new face from a single photo, an anime character, or a VRM avatar. It shows up in OBS, Zoom, Teams and Discord as a camera (OBS Virtual Camera).

Try the trial version first to make sure it runs on your PC. After 3 minutes of live time in total, "TRIAL" appears over the picture. The full version has no watermark.

● Face swap
Pick one photo and your face changes on the spot, into a woman's or a man's. Your blinks and mouth movements come through as they are. Hair and glasses in front of your face can stay in front (occlusion mask), and the face can be enhanced (GFPGAN / GPEN). 7 face swap models to choose from.

● Animate the face image
Not just the face: your whole head is replaced, hair and all. Even an illustration moves with your head, blinks, mouth and expressions. Change the picture for a new character at once.
* Some art styles may not be recognised as a face.

● Background replacement
Stream without showing your room: any picture can be your background.

● VRM avatar
You are erased from the picture and a VRM avatar (0.x / 1.0) appears in your place, following your body, hands, fingers, expressions and gaze. Perfect Sync is supported. A "head only" mode puts the avatar's head on your real body.

● Beauty, makeup & body
Bigger eyes, a slimmer face and nose, fair skin, dewy glow, an idol filter, lipstick, blush, eyeshadow, coloured lenses, hair colour, narrower shoulders, a longer neck, a smaller head. Just move the sliders; changes show instantly, even while live.

● Drag & drop
Drop a picture from your browser onto the window to set the face or the background.

● For streams and video calls
Through OBS Virtual Camera, the picture goes straight into streaming apps, Zoom, Teams, Discord and more.

1. Choose a face image (a photo or an illustration)
2. Choose your camera and press "Start live"
3. Turn on "Send to virtual camera" and pick "OBS Virtual Camera" as the camera in your app

・This app is for changing your own picture, for fun. Do not use a photo of a real person without their consent, do not impersonate, deceive or harass anyone, and do not depict real people sexually.
・When you publish an altered picture, make it clear that it is altered.
・The AI models are not included in the app. They are downloaded from their publishers on the first start or when a feature is first used, and each model's own license applies.
・Some models (face detection, face swap and others) are licensed for non-commercial use only. Commercial use, such as monetised streams, needs a license from each rights holder.
