40K Rules are going App Only (this is NOT GOOD)

Warhammer 40,000's rules are going to be App only. If you do not have the 40k app then you will not be able to play the game. And if you do have the app, you have to contend with errors, mistakes and abilities that do not work even within the app's list building. Legends rules are getting removed and the Deathwatch have been left in such a bad state that they cannot be played.
