"Super Kaguya-hime!" is a near-futuristic anime movie inspired by The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter.  

The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter is the oldest existing story in Japan and includes elements of sci-fi and anti-establishment themes.  

There are parts in "Super Kaguya-hime!" that really faithfully recreate the original expressions of The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter (since there’s no original manuscript, only copies exist). The way it reproduces 'kito kage ni narinu-きと影になりぬ' (meaning 'suddenly became like light and disappeared') is amazing.


¡"Super Kaguya-hime!" es una película de anime casi futurista inspirada en El cuento del cortador de bambú.

El cuento del cortador de bambú es la historia más antigua existente en Japón e incluye elementos de ciencia ficción y temas contra el establishment.

Hay partes en "Super Kaguya-hime!" que recrean de manera muy fiel las expresiones originales de El cuento del cortador de bambú (ya que no existe un manuscrito original, solo copias). La forma en que reproduce 'kito kage ni narinu-きと影になりぬ' (que significa 'de repente se volvió como luz y desapareció') es increíble.
